Louise Quayle

Executive Producer

Louise first came to Burning Bright in 2015 to Produce Emmy Award Winning ‘50 Ways to Kill Your Mammy’ and is now back after years of producing and directing funny factual telly shows to head up the development team and exec across Burning Bright’s big productions.

Glaswegian Louise started her career as a development intern at STV before jumping ship to production. After years of producing travelogues, she became known for her funny factual and talent led programming - from directing Bafta nominated Channel 4’s ‘Kathy Burke: All Woman’, producing multi award winning series like ‘The Dog House’ and “First Dates Hotel’ to filming Bafta nominated Romesh Ranganathan’s Asian Provocateur.’ She also spent a month surviving as an embed on ‘Celebrity Bear Grylls The Island’ and Series Directed ‘Bad Girls Behind Bars’ for Channel 5, but no matter what genre of show she makes she’s famed for her ability to find the heart and humour in every subject matter.
