Clive Tulloh

Clive Tulloh launched Burning Bright Productions in 2011 with Peter Bennett-Jones.

 

Previous to this he was Head of Entertainment at Tiger Aspect Productions which he joined in 1997. Whilst at Tiger Clive developed and Executive Produced programmes in every genre and for every channel, many of which won awards including BAFTA, British Comedy Awards, The Golden Rose and Broadcast Awards. His previous credits include: Joanna Lumley’s Nile, Ross Kemp’s Extreme World, Gangs and Afghanistan, Eddie Izzard: Marathon Man, Agony and Ecstasy: A Year With The English National Ballet, Argumental, Lenny Henry in Pieces, Shirley Ghostman, Deadline, and The Secret Policeman’s Ball.

 

Clive began his television career at the BBC in 1988, after a few sojourns to ITV and Channel 4 he settled in the BBC Comedy and Entertainment department. He was nominated for a BAFTA with Ruby Wax for Ruby Wax Meets…. where he had an unlikely on-screen relationship with Ruby as they pursued celebrities world-wide. Whilst at the BBC he also took Joanna Lumley to a desert island and Billy Connolly to the Arctic.

 

With his extensive experience Clive participates at many important industry events including guest speaking at RTS and other television forums, regularly judging the British Comedy Awards and acting as jury member for both the BAFTA TV and Broadcast Awards.
